What membership plans are available?
Three main plans are available: Silver, Gold, and Diamond, in addition to the Dealer program for eligible dealers and intake points.
Do I need a membership to submit items?
Yes. Grading and documentation submissions require an active member account. Certificate verification remains available to the public.
Can I change my membership plan?
Plan upgrades or changes may be available according to the membership policy in effect at the time of request. Conditions may vary by plan and case.
How does grading credit work, and do discounts apply to all services?
Grading credit is included in selected membership plans and may be used for grading services according to approved conditions; it is not treated as refundable cash unless official terms state otherwise. Discounts apply according to plan level and service type, and some special services, fees, or custom-priced cases may be excluded.
What is the Dealer program and how do I qualify?
The Dealer program is designed for dealers and intake points with regular activity, subject to review and approval by IGA. Eligibility is reviewed based on submission volume, business activity, procedural compliance, and the ability to represent the service properly. The program is available by invitation or prior review only.

Approved agents and dealers may submit items on behalf of collectors, manage multiple submissions, and access special conditions depending on activity level and cooperation structure. The program is subject to prior review and approval by IGA. If you have an invitation code, you can activate your membership using it.
