Pay, cover, and cancel with confidence
Clear policies on accepted payment methods, what's covered while items are with us, and how cancellations or grade reviews are handled.
Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer, instant payment networks, debit or credit card via Paymob, or cash at any authorized receiving center. Invoices are issued once your items are registered in our system.
Insurance & in-facility care
Items are covered against loss while inside our facility, up to the declared value selected at submission. Optional courier insurance is available at the shipping step, and any pre-existing wear is documented at intake.
Cancellation & refunds
A full refund of grading fees is available if a submission is cancelled before items are registered in our system. Once work has begun, partial fees may apply. Post-certification concerns are handled through the Grade Guarantee process.

The listed fees are per item and exclude 14% VAT, which is added at invoice. Shipping fees and add-on services may apply separately.
Do I need a membership to submit?
Yes. An active IGA membership is required to create a submission and use grading and documentation services.
How does the minimum service fee apply?
For submissions of up to 5 items, a minimum service fee of EGP 275 applies if the total grading fees are below this amount.
What is the difference between service options and add-on services?
Service options such as Re-Grade, Cross-Over, and Re-Slab modify the core grading service. Add-on services such as Special Labels, Detailed Imaging, and Grande Slab are optional additions applied on top of the core service.
When does turnaround begin and can fees change?
Turnaround begins after the items are received and officially registered in the IGA system, not from the date the submission is created online or the package is shipped. Fees are reviewed periodically, and important changes are announced with prior notice on the website or through approved communication channels.
